Website purpose

This website provides general information about Professional Promotions and lets visitors submit inquiries for human review. Content, examples and images are informational and may change.

No offer or order acceptance

A form submission does not create a quote, contract, accepted order, inventory reservation, feasibility approval, artwork approval, production authorization or delivery guarantee. Commercial details become binding only through the separately approved documents and process that apply to a project.

Products, suppliers and timing

Products, brands, colours, materials, decoration methods, prices, minimums, availability and timelines may change. Suitable options, artwork, production and delivery requirements are reviewed for each request. Installation, distribution and safety-related applications may require additional review.

Materials you provide

You must have authority to provide and authorize use of any name, logo, image, design, copy or other material submitted for review or production. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for not submitting unlawful, infringing or harmful material.

Proof approval

Artwork proofs are checkpoints. You must review and approve the applicable quote, selected options and artwork details before approved production begins. Screen colour and visual mockups may not exactly represent physical materials or output.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person or use the forms for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.

Website materials

The Professional Promotions name, logo, website copy and design may be protected by applicable rights. Third-party marks and licensed stock images remain the property of their respective owners. Website materials may not be copied or reused except as permitted by law or with the applicable owner’s permission.

Links, availability and general disclaimer

External links, if provided, are for context and remain under their owners’ control. We may update, interrupt or withdraw the website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided for general information without a promise that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
